Better late than never! Here’s our menu for next Saturday’s Gran Feria Sabatino’s on March 21. Pre-orders are due by 3 PM on Tuesday, March 17.
Buffalo chicken pasta salad: $4.50/half-pound (1-2 servings)
Tender bites of chicken, chopped celery, carrots, red onion, corn, and macaroni tossed with a Buffalo vinaigrette
Black bean sweet potato salad: $4/half-pound (1-2 servings)
Roasted sweet potatoes and black beans are joined with avocado, red onions, pickled jalapeños, and sweet corn all dressed with a smoky cumin-lime vinaigrette
Stuffed biscuits: $3.50 each
Our buttermilk biscuits baked with a filling of crumbled pork sausage and cheese
Loaded cornbread casserole: $4.50 square ~ $34 whole (8″ x 10″ pan)
Cheese, bacon, corn, and jalapeños baked into our scrumptious cornbread
Blueberry streusel muffins: $2.50 each
Fluffy muffins baked with plump, sweet blueberries–no streusel on these unless requested
Chocolate hazelnut biscotti: $2.50 each
A crunchy, dippable chocolate cookie studded with toasted hazelnuts
Strawberry lemonade cake: $4/slice ~ $30 whole (8″)
Two layers of fresh strawberry cake filled with our homemade lemon curd and frosted with lemon buttercream. A stunning decoration of halved berries and lemon twists make it almost as beautiful as it is delicious.
Salted peanut squares: $2.50 each
Light, and fluffy vanilla buttermilk cake bathed on all sides with a vanilla glaze then rolled in chopped salted peanuts
