Hola, my name is Jenny. A North American friend suggested that I post here. He wrote this post for me. I live just outside of Cuenca in Santa Ana. To feed my children, I sell used clothes, shoes and other small items outside of Feria Libre. I use some of the proceeds to care for the many stray animals in my neighborhood.

In some cases, for special items, I am able to pay a little money (I don’t have much). Ecuadorians won’t pay much for used clothes and shoes. For your convenience, I’ll take the bus to your location (an hour bus ride usually on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday mornings).
