We will be sharing a tasting inspired by traditional Amazonian ingredients, prepared with contemporary culinary techniques. Many of these flavors are rarely found outside the rainforest, making this a unique opportunity to discover a different side of Ecuadorian cuisine.
The kitchen will be led by Giovanni Cambizaca, chef and owner of Le Petit Jardin in Cuenca, together with our team, presenting a gastronomic proposal that brings a small piece of the Amazon to the heart of the city.
Guests will also enjoy live music during the afternoon with Peter Dudar on piano, accompanied by Judas Bonvin on flute, creating a pleasant atmosphere for the evening.
