Come to Certified Organic Gran Roca’s premiere event at Hotel Los Balcones in Cuenca (Sangurima and Borrero) featuring a variety of certified organic products to eat-in or take-out. We will be serving our most popular sweet potato pancakes $2, an upgraded lunch/almuerzo $3, and a variety of dishes including our delicious veggie burgers, sweet potato casserole, our very popular corn pudding, and herbed bread stuffing. Don’t miss out on our muffin 3-pack, our own granola recipe, and a variety of extra thick and creamy yogurt flavors you may have never tasted before.
We will be bringing our fresh chicken eggs (6-packs) raised on our farm.
We will be bringing a limited number of our organically grown fruits and vegetables as the heavy rains have taken their toll on our growing yields.
We are fully stocked with a number of cuts of beef, chicken, turkey, lamb and pork from animals raised on our farm.
And for your enjoyment, there will be live music with Gran Roca’s own Rob Gray singing songs from the Broadway Musical Theatre with piano accompaniment.
