As of now, May 8th, there are some procedures that you can already work on. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility is processing temporary and permanent visas, cancellation of visas, CD renovations (visa renovations) among others. Currently they are not giving yet order cedulas since the Registro Civil is not attending yet procedures like cedulas or passports.
The Government Ministry is also already carrying out visa extensions.
The Notaries are attending by appointment from 7 AM to noon Monday thru Friday (need to make appointments in advance). We hope that this week, which gradually benefits government entities, will gradually resume their normal work.
At the moment the local Government has put us on a red light until May 16th and the health emergency continues in the country until later notice due to this pandemic that afflicts us all and is something that will probably be with us for a long time.

We are attending to the Notary Powers of Attorney quickly and especially, (after life plans) very important to have it in these times of crisis we do not know tomorrow what can happen, call me and consult me for free about this. We are also already working on Visa renewals (CD Renovation), a process that cannot be postponed, the central bank is attending online.
We are also making submission for Temporary visas, Permanent visas, rentals, purchase and sales of land we are also attending with our Best Ecuador Homes Real Estate.
