She has spent many years in New York and now lives here with her husband and children. Her English is good and it is easy to communicate with her. My husband and I have found her to be honest, trustworthy, and always on time with no exceptions. Oftentimes, she is early by about 5 to 10 minutes and is happy to wait until you are ready to go.
She is available most days of the week. Monday and Wednesday and Friday in her well-maintained taxi with a plastic partition for biosecurity and other days in an authorized private vehicle. She utilizes all safety precautions including, of course, a mask and hand sanitizer and will provide antibacterial wipes as well as alcohol spray to her customers.
It has been unbelievably helpful to have her services during this complicated time. We will continue to use her moving forward and give her our highest recommendation.
