William and Jessica, along with their son, Wilber, offer a welcoming and delicious dining experience along with great entertainment, most evenings, including guitarist/singer, Luis Ullauri. My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed the lasagna, chicken and shrimp quesadilla, burrito, and luncheon salad with chicken. Wilber, who is a Cuenca-trained chef uses unique flavors and prepares all dishes with fresh ingredients and creativity. Watching him prepare the food is an amazing show in itself. We visited Kamaq many times while in Cuenca and will go back as soon as we are back in the city. You will be treated like family.
