The menu changes weekly … Your dinner includes:
Social Hour Onion Rings … served until 5:30 PM
St. Louis Ribs (the best ribs to BBQ) hand-rubbed, slow-smoked for hours and finished on the grill with mopping sauce, finished with our own barbecue sauce.
Pulled Pork – prepared much like the ribs to a moist, smokey BBQ treat.
Grilled and Smoked BBQ Sausages
Sides: Texas Style Baked Beans, Mom’s Potato Salad
Honey Corn Muffins
Dessert: Old Fashioned Peach and Apple Cobbler with Sweet Cream…
Local Coffee or Intl Tea Selection
Not into barbecue this week?
We offer our popular Herb and Garlic, Rosemary Oven-roasted Chicken as an alternative main course and Vegetarian requests are always welcome, just give us a heads up at least 24 hrs in advance.
Saturday, in-house restaurant dining … open 4:30 to 5:30 PM with cocktails and wonderful onion rings and socializing … dinner about 6 PM.
Dinner $17.50.
Sunday we do the cooking for you – for pickup or delivery 11;30 AM – 5 PM – dinner
