We placed an order from Lenny Charnoff of Cuenca Salmon. Not only is the salmon high quality and delicious, he is now offering lamb. The rack of lamb was outstanding as well as the ground lamb and lamb sausage. I also had the opportunity to taste his smoked salmon and his smoked trout. Usually I shy away from smoked items, but these were great and not overly smoked. Just the way I like it. Thank you Cuenca Salmon.
