Clay for skincare has been used for hundreds of years as one of the best ways to draw out impurities from the skin. Clay masks are a popular beauty product used to help cleanse, smooth, and brighten skin. Green Harmony (local brand) 100% Pure and Natural Clay Powder is available at Gracie’s Naturals.

White Clay ($4.26/ 125g)
Ideal for dull, sensitive, or mature skin. It is considered the softest and most neutral clay. It brings luminosity to the skin and has a tightening effect, leaving the skin smooth and soft.

Bentonite Clay ($5.29/ 227g)
Suitable for most skin types. It removes toxins in your skin effectively and helps nourish it, leaving it healthy, refreshed, and radiant.

Green Clay ($4.77/ 227g)
Ideal for oily, combination, and acne-prone skin. It is great for restoring balance in skin pH levels, effectively healing wounds, and absorbing toxins from the skin.

How to use them?

Ingredients:

1. 1 tbsp Green Harmony clay powder

2. 25ml of cool filtered water (avoid impurities from tap water)

3. You can also add rose floral water, honey, rosehip oil, 1-3 drops of essential oil (e.g., chamomile EO for sensitive skin and tea tree EO for oily skin)

Instructions:

1. Mix the clay with other ingredients in a glass or wooden bowl. Mix until a smooth consistency, and add more water or clay as desired.

2. Apply an even layer to your cleansed face and upper neck (avoiding the eye area). Relax for approx 5-10 minutes.

3. Rinse before the mask dries on your face. Then do your following skincare routine.
