REquirements: Unfurnished. View, lots of light, safety, security, elevator, generator. Responsible and honest landlords, Close to Cuenca would be nice, but can be farther, if there is some shopping and a bit of life around. Up to $450, aliquota included. One small dog permitted (do not have now but want to have).
Would consider a ground floor apartment with a garden or a big patio, but no parking in front of windows. Or, a newer house in private urbanization.
