Welcome to all new (and longtime) residents of Cuenca! I am Diana Vera, and I work as a medical/general facilitator and personal assistant here in Cuenca. I have helped expats in the Cuenca community for more than 12 years, assisting them with various tasks. Many people are relieved to find a reliable and dependable person like me to help them navigate life in a new city and country, easing the worries and confusion that come with adjusting to a new environment. I take pleasure in aiding new residents in settling into their lives here in Cuenca.
My services as a personal assistant include helping you get established, running your errands, and attending to your needs. In terms of medical facilitation, I can accompany you to doctor’s appointments, arrange Private or IESS health care insurance, and provide translation assistance during emergency room visits. I can also assist with end-of-life planning, passport renewals, visa transfers, obtaining visas and cedulas, registering marriages, finding suitable living accommodations, and more.
I am available to work both within and outside of Cuenca.
