Can’t move cash out of Julio 23 Cooperativa

Been trying online to move funds out of Julio 23 cooperativa since Saturday. Always get the message ‘I have reached the daily limit’ even though I am below the $5,000 daily limit and its been many days trying to move funds. This AM the transfer even won’t get to the security code stage.

I know they have a weekly limit too which is strange.

Responses from customer service are non-existent.

I've had ATMs fault me and my cards, most notably on Sunday afternoons. I'm certain they are running out of cash. But their default is to lie and blame the customer. This is very different, but related? 0 0
