Dinner is a feast!
A menu like all those wonderful family traditions of years ago starting with snacks, wine and cocktails in the salon or garden, maybe some football (only in the salon), followed by a sumptuous dinner.
We open at 2 PM, dinner at 4.
Starting with a served, savory Shrimp Cocktail, followed by
a “family style” dinner …
• Fresh cooked and carved, whole moist turkey
• Bread stuffing or dressing,
• Gravy,
• House recipe cranberry sauce,
• Mashed potatoes with butter, parmesan, crème friache,
• Candied sweet potatoes with pineapple, honey-brown sugar glace,
• Fresh green beans and carrots,
• Mushrooms sauce and fried onions,
• Soft and sweet dinner rolls,
• House made, old fashioned pumpkin pie with whipped cream,
• Loja coffee and Ceylon Tea.
