Holistic Rehabilitation — Rolfing/reflexology/cupping/massage.
I recommend Roosevelt Rojas Bravo for a series of Rolfing massages that has helped to align my back and help with shoulder issues. I can’t say it better than what I read in Rosevelt’s own message that convinced me to have Rolfing done. My spine was out of alignment from bending forward and sleeping in positions other than laying on my back, which is an aligning position. I was a certified massage therapist myself in the states for over 20 years. Roosevelt does great foot reflexology. His. first massage is relaxing as he has a chance to observe what areas you say. are bothering. you, and he. determines the most needed areas to be worked on in the following sessions.

Rolfing is a form of bodywork that reorganizes the connective tissues or fascia and is aimed at improving body alignment and functioning. If the underlying fascia is pulling your muscles/joints/bones into misalignment, then other forms of bodywork may provide relief, however may not always be a long-term solution until the fascia is realigned. I am a certified Rolfing practitioner.
I also offer cupping which is an alternative therapy that originated in China and is designed to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being and is a type of deep tissue massage. In addition, I am trained in reflexology (foot) which is a form of massage or gentle pressure on particular areas of the hands and feet that are said to correspond to specific muscle groups or organs and can relax the body, improve circulation, and support the function of the related body area. Of course, a relaxing massage is always available.
