Welcome to all new (and longtime) residents of Cuenca! I am Diana Vera, and I work as a medical/general facilitator and personal assistant here in Cuenca. I have helped expats in the Cuenca community for more than 12 years, assisting them in getting things done. Many people are happy to find someone reliable and dependable to help them adjust to life in a new city and country. It takes away some of the worry, anxiety, or confusion during the adjustment period to a new experience. I find joy in helping new residents settle into their lives here in Cuenca.
I can act as a personal assistant, assisting you in getting settled, completing your personal errands, and taking care of your needs. My services also include helping you with medical situations like taking you to doctor’s appointments and setting up your Private or IESS health care insurance. I can accompany you to the emergency room and translate for you with the doctor or medical staff. I can assist you in setting up your end-of-life planning, a crucial matter to consider. Additionally, I can help with renewing your passport, transferring your visa to the new passport, obtaining your visa and cedula, registering your marriage, finding the right place to live, and more.
I am available to work both in and out of Cuenca.
