I saw an ad for an apartment, contacted Monica and arranged for a viewing the next day. She and her sister Lisa met me there promptly and showed me the property. I confirmed that I would make an offer and she responded to me the same day to verify that the owner had accepted. The next day I went to her office, paid my deposit and arranged a move-in date.
When the day arrived, again she and her sister met me with the owner. While Monica and I were going over the rental agreement her, Lisa and the owner completed the inventory.
Everything went very smoothly. Monica also acted as the interpreter as the owner’s English wasn’t perfect but I encountered no problems at all.
I thoroughly recommend her for a rental and if this experience was an example of her overall services, I wouldn’t hesitate to try them.
