What is the “right” way to peel a banana?
What is the “right” way to learn the spoken language?
For banana peeling issues, let’s ask the experts: monkeys. Here are the details:
1. Locate the tip (bottom, the ripped one) the opposite of the stem.
2. Gently pinch n’ peel so that the fruit doesn’t get “spoiled” in the process.
3. Enjoy the fresh banana flavor in choco-bananas or ice cream.
Easy peasy, right? I wish everything worked like that.
Ecuadorians also have been following these instructions to peel bananas for more than 7 decades to make banana bread or whatever dessert made with guineo.
Of course if you peel a banana by the stem it doesn’t mean you will offend monkeys, unlike other western species, they are very aware that the banana world doesn’t revolve about them.
Anyway,
To learn the right way you have to look for those who have already mastered this process thousands of times like a monkey peeling bananas.
What is the “right” way to learn the language?
- For written language you can rely on the instructions from books or enroll with the Academy (After all that’s why I did in the beginning, then I realized that practical language is not in the books since language is alive and changing every day).
- For spoken Spanish, I am still helping students to polish their speaking skills.

3: DIY on YouTube but don’t forget to curate the content first.
I don’t offer a “monkey method” but for sure you will change the way you have been learning languages so far.
Two available places in September, one on one, in Cuenca Ecuador.
Two places online, at the comfort of your place, wherever in the world you are.
