The long three-week wait is almost over, and we’ve put together a delicious menu worth waiting for. For our first fair of Pride Month, we’re bringing you the colors of the rainbow and some of our most loved treats because that’s what it’s all about.
Chocolate Cheesecake: $3/slice ~ $35 whole (10″)
One of our most loved creations! A chocolate cookie crust filled with a decadent chocolate cheesecake finished with a luscious chocolate ganache
Alabama Lane Cake: $4/slice ~ $32 whole (8″)
Three layers of our buttermilk vanilla cake filled with coconut-walnut caramel and finished with our famous colorful dried pineapple flowers
Peanut Buster Brownie Trifle: $4 each
A riff on the famous Dairy Queen treat–brownies layered with our special cream, homemade chocolate sauce, and salted peanuts
Blueberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake: $3/slice ~ $24 whole (10″)
Tender cake baked with fresh blueberries, cream cheese filling, and a crunchy streusel topping
Chocolate Pistachio Biscotti: $3 each
A not-too-sweet chocolate biscotti studded with pistachios
Cranberry Orange Muffins: $2.50 each
Since relaunching them a couple weeks ago, our muffins have been a huge hit. If you haven’t tried one yet, here’s your chance: beautifully domed, fluffy orange scented muffins with tart cranberries inside and a crunchy streusel topping
Pesto Pasta Crust Veggie Tart: $3.50/slice ~ $28 whole (12″)
Angel hair pasta tossed with our traditional pesto and turned into a crispy, chewy crust for a vegetable tart filled with ricotta, tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, and artichokes
Italian Beef and Sausage Pie: $4/slice ~ $32 whole (10″)
Seasoned ground beef, sweet Italian sausage, mozzarella cheese, sautéed peppers and onions, and sliced green olives are layered then baked until golden
The only way to get exactly what you want is to pre-order by 3 PM on Tuesday, June 3. Otherwise, we’ll see you next Saturday, June 7 at Gran Feria Sabatino’s.
