Chicago-style Deep Dish Pizza
We’ve seen a several people looking for this, so we’re going to tackle it. A buttery crust is layered with mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, fillings (see below), then finished with a bright tomato sauce. Choose from these two options.
Spinach and Roasted Red Pepper: $4/square ~ $24 whole
Salami and Sausage: $5/square ~ $30 whole
Croque Monsieur Quiche: $3.50/slice ~ $25 whole
Don’t let the name scare you. This quiche’s layers of thinly sliced ham, shredded Swiss cheese, and our homemade cream sauce are held together with an herby egg mixture.
Cinnamon Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cake: $3.50/slice ~ $28 whole
These cake layers are a bit denser thanks to the creamy oatmeal in the batter. They’re studded with mini chocolate chips then finished with our cinnamon cream cheese icing.
Blueberry Scones: $3 each
You love classic flavors, and it doesn’t get much more classic than blueberry scone made with The Blue Biker’s plump, sweet berries.
Chocolate Pistachio Biscotti: $3 each
A not-too-sweet chocolate biscotti studded with crunchy pistachios
Mixed Fruit Trifle: $4 each
Mango, strawberry, fresh pineapple, and seedless grapes are layered with our buttermilk vanilla cake and special cream
