Featured dishes on the menu for this weekend are veal paupiettes – originally from Normandy this is a type of roulade, in this case a veal tenderloin stuffed with homemade sausage and served with a brandy sauce – and chicken chasseur (hunter’s chicken) – a very traditional dish that you can also find in Italy as chicken cacciatore.
