You’ll find the freshest harvested and prepared foods in Cuenca at our weekly Gran Roca Wednesday farm-to-table market. Waiting for you is a one-of-a-kind fresh, healthy and delicious lunch from noon – 2 PM at the beautiful Hotel Los Balcones.
In addition, you can pick up our fresh, healthy and delicious products; all produced on our sustainable permaculture farm in the Yunguilla Valley, about an hour southwest of Cuenca. You’ll find our harvested-in-the-morning fresh vegetables and herbs, milk products, eggs, chicken, turkey, beef, pork, and smoked products.
We’ll also be bringing our healthy, nutrient-dense products from our gluten free commercial kitchen including the best ever Greek plain and out-of-this-world flavored yogurts, our nutrient dense granola with pumpkin seeds and cranberries, veggie burgers, homemade tahini, world class hummus, fresh salsa, GF chocolate chip cookies, GF ginger cookies, GF pumpkin spice muffins, our exclusive Grain-free, Milk Free Chewy Brownies, and healthy, delicious salad dressings.
This week our Gran Roca farm-to-table lunch features our very popular Garden Vegetable Soup, Garden Vegetable Salad and our most popular dish, our exclusive Sweet Potato Pancakes with our delicious homemade syrup. We’ll also be bringing our unique Tamarind Spice Juice that we introduced to rave reviews along with our old favorite, Holiday Hot Chocolate, (Your choice!).
