We are very happy to announce the II Edition of our Gentle Yoga Retreat.
Come join us for 6 days/5 nights to reset and reconnect body, mind and spirit.
We have created the Gentle Retreat for anyone who is interested in taking a journey to your inner self through yoga, meditation and the healing power of nature. Our Retreat offers daily yoga classes, different meditations each day including dancing and chanting, walks, yogi talks plus a guide so that you can cultivate a daily practice.
Six days to rediscover and reconnect with ourselves, find peace of mind and shine from the inside out.
The Yoga classes will be breath centered, focused in developing the qualities of self-exploration and introspection. We will use this space to reconnect with the body, find movement through the breath and create a practice that suits your body needs. Morning class will be a little bit more dynamic while the evening class will be a more soothing practice.
Every day we will explore different meditation techniques, from sitting, to dancing, chanting, active and dynamic meditations.
Yoga asana practice boosts the immune system, improves blood circulation, heart rate, digestion, sleep quality, makes us stronger and more flexible. A meditation practice, calms the mind, improves focus and concentration, we become lighter, we breathe the present, we learn to go through emotions without getting attached to them. Being surrounded by nature helps us to connect with our real self, to understand life cycles and rhythms, to slow down and enjoy the only moment that is real: The Present.
The day starts with a short movement practice that you will practice on your own, followed by a group yoga class in our amazing open Yoga Shala. After, we will enjoy abundant healthy breakfast and then we will take a walk or attend a Yoga Philosophy Talk. After we will enjoy delicious veggie lunch and you will have some free time you can spend by the pool, reading, resting or taking a massage. At 5 PM second class, meditation/sound healing will take place followed by dinner at 6:30 PM. To finish the day you will have a short meditation practice to do on your own.
