You will only need to pay for the tailoring labor, which will vary depending on the style of garment you choose to have made.

Please note that the fabric is very sheer so I would recommend planning a garment that you will layer over other clothes, or, if you want to have a lining added to it consider that usually people appreciate cotton or silk for lining, this would be an additional cost of $10 of labor (for the lining process) and between $8 and $12 of additional fabric.
