We’ve told you about Paul Stroili’s contemporary and compelling play, A Jukebox for the Algonquin. After weeks of hints, teasers, (hopefully) clever puns, you know it’s a funny and touching story about going after what you want, regardless of your age or situation in life — and that Cuenca audiences are going to love it. We love it too — that’s why we chose it to kick off our 10th season.

The Definitive Galápagos Tour: Science, Serendipity, and 30 Years of Fieldwork

Go Beyond the Tourist Trail: Explore Galápagos with a 30-Year Expert and Research Assistant at Charles Darwin Research Station.

The Galápagos Islands are my laboratory, my classroom, and my home. After three decades exploring this archipelago—from my early days as a Scientific Research Assistant at the Charles Darwin Research Station to obtaining my Master’s in the UK—my mission is to guide you past the postcards and into the intricate, living science of evolution.

This isn’t just a sightseeing trip; it’s a deep-dive ecological expedition.

Why Choose an Expedition Led by Me?

Scientific Authority: Your experience is led by a guide with both academic rigor (UK Master’s degree) and boots-on-the-ground research experience. I offer insights into current conservation efforts, endemic species’ adaptations, and the evolutionary processes that shaped these islands.

My years with the Charles Darwin Research Station give me a unique perspective on the islands’ history, ongoing projects, and the best ways to observe wildlife without disturbance.

I don’t just identify a Blue-Footed Booby; I tell you the evolutionary pressures that led to its vibrant color, how its nesting habits differ from island to island, and the current threats to its survival.

Experience the islands through the eyes of a scientist. We explore hidden corners, observe wildlife with patience and respect, and discuss the complex ecological balance that Charles Darwin first observed.

Elevate your Galápagos journey. Limited spots are available for my upcoming expeditions. Message me directly to secure a space on a truly transformative tour.
