Mily was rescued a little over a month ago. She is a very gentle and loving cat.
She was diagnosed with pyometra, a serious uterine infection, and had to undergo emergency surgery. However, she is experiencing urinary incontinence. Despite having an ultrasound, urine culture, and treatment for cystitis, she has not fully recovered.
Mily has difficulty emptying her bladder, causing her to constantly dribble urine. She now needs a new course of treatment to address another possible underlying cause.
Mily is a young cat who suffered neglect before being rescued and is now dealing with the consequences.
We care for several cats undergoing treatment, but we are especially concerned about Mily because this condition may prevent her from being ready for adoption.
We need your help to provide the treatment she needs and give her the quality of life she deserves.
We have treated her infections, including cystitis and pyometra, and she is eating food appropriate for her condition. However, her urinary problem remains unresolved, and if left untreated, it could lead to kidney complications.
