Javier with Continental Travel in Cuenca helped me with my travel plans back to the US, I had to cancel my first flight and Javier booked my second trip with Latam and got me an upgrade using some of the credit from my first flight. The process was handled very professionally and Javier stayed in contact with me the entire time. Great experience and look forward to working with Javier in the future
