Covering 25 years in a fast-changing South of the mid-20th century, Driving Miss Daisy follows the unlikely friendship that develops between Miss Daisy, a fiercely independent widow, and Hoke, the chauffeur her son Boolie hires against her wishes. Daisy and Hoke's initially uneasy relationship blossoms into a moving bond that crosses barriers of race, class, age, and religion.
Three accomplished actors bring Daisy, Hoke, and Boolie to life on the ACT stage for six performances only.
