It’s a big open space, around 94 m², with high ceilings and the original painted wood ceiling of the house, wood floors, an exposed brick wall in the kitchen and a small balcony over a quiet cobblestone street. It’s on the second floor (stairs, no elevator).

There’s a queen bed and a sofa bed, a kitchen with electric stove, fridge, microwave, dishes and everything you need to cook, and a private bathroom with gas hot water. Fiber optic internet. Internet, water, electricity and gas are all included in the rent.

A retired American artist lives on the upper floor, so the house is calm and quiet. We’re looking for a good, respectful tenant for a long-term lease, someone who will take care of the place and enjoy living in the center.
