Cuenca Car Share, in support of the Cuenca Foundation, presents the movie “The Odyssey” In English with Spanish subtitles.
“The Odyssey” will be shown at Millennium Plaza on Saturday, August 15 at 10 AM.
It isn’t easy to return home after the Trojan War, Odysseus, King of Ithaca, learns. It isn’t just sailing the sunny seas – there are creatures lurking in the deep and a variety of obstacles to be overcome. Monsters and witches appear along with The Cyclops. Crew is lost. All kinds of challenges face the king. Based on Homer’s epic Greek poem, this movie brings the story to life.
Remember, the Cuenca Foundation supports the needy. If you wish to make an additional donation, either at the door or by other means, please let us know that it is for the Cuenca Foundation. you could note that too. Just a thought – a $9 ticket with a donation means you don’t have to deal with “monedas” at the door. 100% of donations are given directly to the Cuenca Foundation.
Tickets are $9 and can be ordered in advance, purchased at Coffee Lovers, or paid at the door. Tickets will be available at Coffee Lovers on Gran Colombia 5-09 y Mariano Cueva every day.
