We have created this solidarity-driven dining experience to celebrate the richness of Venezuelan cuisine while raising funds to support people affected by the emergency in Venezuela.
We will offer two participation options:
Solidarity Ticket — $27 per person
Includes the full gastronomic experience and a direct $5 donation.
Ally Ticket — $32 per person
Includes the exact same gastronomic experience, with a direct $10 donation.

Raw cane sugar, fresh lime, mint, and a subtle touch of ginger.

Served with a sweet pepper and panela chutney.

Margarita-style Pastel de Chucho

House Passion Fruit Guarapita
Fresh passion fruit, rum, citrus, and a balanced touch of sweetness.
Dessert
Papelón Quesillo
Served with a light ponche crema sauce, dark caramel, and toasted cacao nibs.
We will also have a cocktail bar featuring signature drinks made with Ron Carúpano, a Venezuelan rum. Each cocktail will be inspired by a different region of Venezuela and will include an additional contribution to the cause within its price.
Thanks to the support of Licores El Juri and R’ Gourmet, every Solidarity Ticket Includes one entry in a raffle for a bottle of Ron Carúpano 6 Years. Guests joining through the Ally Ticket will receive two raffle entries.
It will be an evening to share, enjoy Venezuelan gastronomy, and contribute to a meaningful cause in a transparent way.
