Join Robin, a Canadian cook in Cuenca, in the kitchen for a fun and relaxed learning experience. we’re taking complex Indian recipes and spice profiles, and simplifying things so you can make convenient, delicious Indian-inspired meals at home with ingredients that are easy to find in Cuenca. we will make:
– Coconut Curry Chicken
– Coconut Ginger Rice
– Palak Paneer (pieces of firm white cheese in a spinach puree ginger and garlic sauce)
– Pakora (pan fried crispy fritters with garbanzo, spinach, and onion)
– Tomato salad with a raita inspired dressing (cucumber mint yogurt)

We take care of everything – all set up, instruction, ingredients, and clean up provided.
