Role: Director of Operations

The Grace Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and an Ecuadorian Foundacion, dedicated to serve vulnerable people by supporting self-sufficiency and offering extensive services in Ecuador. To support our expanding initiatives, we are seeking a dynamic, execution-focused Director of Operations on a contractual basis. we are looking for a person with powerful blend of elite organizational leadership, persuasive bilingual communication, and a results-driven growth mindset to streamline our internal infrastructure and fuel our development goals.
Core Responsibilities
• Elite Leadership and Operations: Optimize, and oversee the foundation’s internal workflows and team logistics. Translate big-picture vision into seamless execution, ensuring project timelines and operational benchmarks are consistently met.
• Strategic Fundraising and/or Sales: Serve as a key driver of financial sustainability. you will help execute campaign drives, and identify new revenue streams
• Bilingual Communication: you will tell the Grace story, deliver persuasive pitches, and maintain clear, transparent, and influential relationships with staff, community partners, and volunteers in both required languages.
• Project Management: Organize, monitor, and scale multiple complex community-focused initiatives from conception to completion.
We Are Looking For
• 2 to 5 years of experience leading operations, managing complex projects, or driving growth in a non-profit, business, or development setting.
• Exceptional Communicator: A relationship-builder who writes and speaks with clarity, impact, and persuasion.
• Growth Mindset: A track record of successful fundraising, donor acquisition, and business development.
• Superb Organizational Skills: A systems-thinker who brings order to moving parts, optimizing schedules, and managing resources efficiently.
• Preferred: Technical literacy in project management.
