Joe’s Secret Garden celebrates Memorial Weekend with a wonderful traditional BBQ and gathering to salute the US warriors that gave so much to protect their country.
Monday, May 25th, 3 PM we light up the grill and create a BBQ just like back home … when families and friends gather to celebrate our fallen heroes and the start of summer.
Sunday, May 24th, the day before the holiday, we take the same menu and prepare it for you to pick up or we can deliver it whereever you like (local, of course). Just leave the cooking to us!
Here’s what’s cooking at Joes’ Secret Garden this Memorial Day weekend …and included in your dinner:
BBQ Ribs, St, Louis Cut – they just don’t get any better … hand rubbed with our own blend of herbs and spices, then rested … smoked with fruitwood for many hours, then finished on the barbecue grill – old school flavors, long and slow.
BBQ Chicken – . famous for its juicy, tender meat and its signature house recipe glaze, which comes from being basted in a flavorful spice rub and thick, sweet-and-tangy barbecue sauce. moist and smooth flavors
Potato Salad – Mom’s family recipe Texas Macaroni Salad – with unique flavors of the south, Popular Corn Muffins, Slow Cooked tender BBQ Baked Beans,
Finish it all off with Old ‘Fashioned Apple and Peach Cobbler with warm cinnamon sauce, Loja Coffee and Intl Tea selection.

We open the garden, bar and lounge at 3 PM – bring your friends and family … make some new ones … this is your community and neighborhood gathering place …dinner starts about 5 PM.
It brings back so many memories and we salute all of the warriors that protected us. we owe them so much gratitude.
