Each suite requires an initial cleaning fee of $35 and damage security deposit.

Long-term rentals only will be preferred. We are looking for a respectful, quiet living person or a couple; no drama, drugs or smoking. Pets are not allowed. There is no parking space for cars or bikes/motorcycles either pedal or motorized.
