This Sunday, in addition to my popular slow-smoked BBQ ribs and sausage, I will feature my famous Southern-fried all-white-meat chicken meal. Served with sides of ham-and-onion green beans, mashed potatoes and a biscuit, my fried chicken meal has been a staple of Cuenca’s home delivery scene for the last 4 years. Order by Saturday at noon for delivery on Sunday between 3 and 6 PM.

Smoked sausage: $2 per link
Mashed potatoes, mac-and-cheese or green beans: $4 per pint
Texas-style chili: $7 per pint
Breakfast patty sausage: $6 per half lb
Pickled jalapenos and carrots: $6 per jar
Bone Broth (Beef, Chicken or Pork): $10 per liter
All BBQ entrees are delivered with fresh bread of the week and homemade BBQ sauce.
