I’ve had a positive experience with Dr. James Pesantez and have found him very kind, approachable, and easy to communicate with. As someone relatively new to Ecuador, I’ve especially appreciated having a doctor who speaks excellent English and is responsive when questions or health concerns come up. He’s also been very helpful in navigating the local healthcare system and arranging testing and follow-up care when needed. I’m happy to recommend him to others in the expat community looking for an English-speaking doctor in Cuenca.
