Hi everyone, I’m sharing my story because I’m hoping to reach people who may be able to help.
I’m living with pulmonary hypertension caused by blood clots in my lungs. It has been incredibly difficult, but I’m grateful to still be here and to have hope for a healthier future.
I’m raising funds to help me access the surgery I need to remove the blood clots from my lungs, which unfortunately isn’t readily available where I currently live.
