Fava bean and dill dip with pita
Buffet:
Fish cakes with tamarind and date sauce
Roast chicken with lemon, turmeric and allspice
Rice with lentils, walnuts and crispy onions
Roast cauliflower with tahini sauce
Radicchio, radish and mandarin salad
Carrot and pistachio salad
Salad Shirazi (fresh vegetables)

Pomegranate passion cake
Fresh fruit with honey-sweetened yogurt
Door Opens at noon, buffet luncheon served at 2. Garden seating for hors d’oeuvres, weather permitting. Fireplace indoors!
