Now as part of an extended service, we’ve teamed up with Raj through Ecuadorian Property Services to help people in Cuenca navigate apartment rentals, homes, land, and property purchases more easily.
Some people are brand new to Cuenca, while others have been here for years and are simply ready for a change — a better location, more space, less space, or a fresh start altogether. The idea behind this project is to provide a more straightforward, English-friendly way to navigate the local housing process.
Over the past few months, we’ve built relationships with a network of local realtors, allowing us to help clients explore a wider range of options based on what they’re actually looking for — whether it’s a rental, a home purchase, or land to build on.
If someone finds a listing they’re interested in — whether through us, another realtor, or online — we can often help coordinate the process, arrange viewings, answer questions, and guide things step by step.
The goal is simple: help people find the right fit and make the experience feel a little easier from beginning to end.
