• 3:30 PM arrival at La Pacha “house of knowledge”.

• 4 PM Entrance to Temazcal
• 6 PM Temazcal ends
• Sharing of healthy food
Bring: bathing clothes preferably cotton, towel, clothes to wrap up warm afterwards, altar offerings and healthy food to share.
