Recommendation for: ShopIn, delivery service

I used the ShopIn delivery service offered by SuperMaxi, receiving my first shipment today. The entire process was simple and transparent. At any time, I could log in and see the status of my order – from received, waiting for shipment, in transit, clearing customs, to delivered to my location (I chose delivery to my local SuperMaxi). Time for delivery from date of shipment to receipt was less than one week.

Any questions I had with regard to setting up and using for the first time, I was able to ask and receive an answer at the booth in my SuperMaxi or by contacting ShopIn through the WhatsApp # provided and receiving an answer within a couple of hours.

For me, the price per pound is good; no need to upload financial data as there is a choice to pay cash on delivery, and, by choosing delivery to my local SuperMaxi, no additional delivery fees.

I picked up my first Shop-In shipment at the Las Americas store last Saturday. Time between click the "Send to Ecuador" and pickup availability was 11 calendar days. I wish the system would send emails at each step but it's no big deal to log in to see the status.... Read more 0 0

Highly recommend as well. In addition to what Sara said, there is no flat service fee and the price per pound is based on the actual weight, not rounded up to the nearest 1/2 lb or pound. 0 0
