Frank has figured it out. Kolo is the closest thing to an American restaurant we have seen here in a decade. The staff is friendly and service is great. You can order on/off menu and make substitutions to dial it in just how you like it with no fear of the dreaded silent up-charge.
His food is fresh and excellent. We have never had a brown omelet. Finally, if you eat out you already know there is competition but the price point is 40%-50% lower than its rivals (until I said that).
