Hola,
I ordered a floor cleaning robot from Amazon and sent the shipper the usual Amazon invoice.
The shipper sends more messages that Aduana wants a “factura” and I resend the invoice, which is all have. Now I get a message that Aduana wants a “factura” or will fine me $230, almost the cost of the unit.
Everything I could get from Amazon has been forwarded.
I have no idea what they want. Can you help?
