Urgent! I am currently searching for a room to rent in first floor house; for El Vergel, Av. 10 de Agosto, Universidad de Azuay, Don Bos Bosco, Yanuncay, Av., Primero de Mayo and round, or around Av. Remigio Crespo area with the following specifications:
– Bed, dresser and chair with desk
– Private bathroom
– Access to the kitchen
– Use of a washing machine
– Pet-friendly (I have a well-behaved and sweet dog)
– Included basics services (water, electricity, gas and internet)
My budget is $170 dollars per month. I am a responsible, quiet, and respectful individual. I am employed as a home services and virtual assistant, and I can provide references if needed.
My dog is well-trained and calm, causing no disruptions. I always take care of her needs and maintenance.
