After popular demand we have decided to offer some Greek food to the community.
Opa is initiating with the following three Greek delights.
1st
Mousaka; the famous baked dish of eggplant, potato, and minced meat, crowned with a thick, creamy layer of golden béchamel sauce!
2nd
Pistachio; a baked pasta casserole featuring three distinct layers: long tubular pasta mixed with cheese and eggs, a spiced ground beef tomato ragù scented with cinnamon and cloves, and a thick, velvety béchamel sauce on top!
3rd
Spanakopita; made as an individual coiled Greek spinach pie. It features our hand made crispy phyllo dough rolled into long filling-stuffed logs, then coiled into a circular spiral. It packs a high crunch-to-filling ratio, filled with a savory mix of cheese, spinach, scallions, and fresh fennel fronds!
