We start with an irresistible Colombian buñuelo topped with shaved Grana Padano. Next comes a yuca arepa with rich demi-glace and perfectly cooked beef short rib. Then, creamy crab served over sticky rice prepares the way for pork picanha in a Caribbean-style coconut sauce. Of course, we finish with dessert.
