It’s important that it has access to a kitchen, washing machine, and basic utilities included: water, electricity, gas, and internet. It’s also important that pets are allowed, as I have a loving and well-behaved dog, who is part of my family.
My budget is $150 per month. I am a responsible, calm, respectful, and habit-free person. I work as a virtual assistant and in home services, and I can provide references if needed.
My little one is housebroken, calm, and non-disruptive. I am attentive to her care and maintenance to ensure a harmonious coexistence.
