I’m looking for a reliable, bilingual property manager (Spanish/English) based in Cuenca to help manage rental properties (Airbnb + long‑term rentals).
The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and trustworthy — someone who is good at problem‑solving, quick on their feet, attentive to detail, and able to handle periodic property maintenance. Strong communication with both English and Spanish‑speaking tenants and vendors is essential.
Responsibilities include:
• Responding to phone calls and WhatsApp messages for lockouts or maintenance issues
• Coordinating with contractors (maestros, gardeners, etc.)
• Light maintenance follow‑ups and periodic property care
• Receiving furniture/appliances on site
• Assisting with installations or minor repairs
• Occasionally collecting rent and overseeing scheduled work (painters, architects, etc.)
• Meeting tenants to provide keys
Preferred skills (not required):
Basic knowledge of property care (plumbing leaks, electrical, gas).
Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Solid references
