I am looking for an apartment, long term lease! 1 or 2 bed, bath and a half, terrace or fairly large balcony, in a quiet area.
I am very clean and a non-drinker or smoker and my cats have never done damage.
I pay rent on time and look after the property.
Looking for long term and walking distance to the tranvia and it would be nice to be within walking distance to the river. I am moving, as a high rise is going up right behind my terrace and the noise is prohibitive.
